Aniruddha Yadav
Aniruddha brings with him a penchant for using quantitative approaches in addressing real world problems. Prior to founding Gauge, as a postdoctoral fellow at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, Aniruddha actively pursued the application of advanced mathematical and statistical tools in gaining deep and cutting edge insights into complex neuroscientific data. His work included formulating and implementing novel algorithms indexing the spatial patterning of neuronal connectivity profiles as well as building computational models of neurons simulating normal and aged states. In a truly multidisciplinary research career spanning a doctorate and two postdoctoral stints, Aniruddha has made several significant contributions to numerous scientific fields including complexity theory, the theory of transport phenomena and computational neuroscience, and has published prolifically.
Aniruddha holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics.
Col A K Kaul
As the Head of Administration, his prime responsibility is to make available a congenial and stress free environment conducive to networking and growth.
An alumnus of Govt Engineering College Jabalpur and Indian Military Academy, Col Kaul brings to Gauge his long, rich and varied experience in planning and provision of communications in the Corps of Signals of the Indian Army under most trying conditions. His responsibilities at Gauge includes planning, talent acquisition, administration, overseeing expansion of operations and training.
He is a postgraduate in Applied Physics and has done numerous administrative and technical courses at various prestigious training Institutions of the Army.
Justice Jainarayan Patel
Apart from his role as a non-executive director at Gauge, Justice Jainarayan Patel leads strategy development in the legal analytics domain.
A distinguished legal luminary, Justice Patel architected many a landmark judgment as a judge of the High Court at Bombay and then as the Chief Justice of the High Court at Calcutta. An eminent jurist well versed with the science of law, Justice Patel is known for simple, forthright and innovative judgments. Justice Patel is considered an authority on the intricacies of law as applicable to civil, corporate litigation and arbitration.
